Talent Space, Inc. is seeking a Product Analyst for a contract opportunity in the Dallas, TX!
As a Product Analyst, you will be part of the Product Management team, contributing to the development of technology solutions that improve the financial experience. In this entry-level role, you’ll assist in Agile team activities, help gather and document basic requirements, write user stories with guidance, and complete assigned tasks to support product delivery.
Responsibilities:
Assist in analyzing organizational processes to assess current capabilities and identify areas for improvement
Gather business requirements related to technology systems and collaborate with technology partners to develop solutions through the change management process
Write and communicate requirements and user stories in alignment with standardized Agile practices
Contribute effectively within a Scrum or Kanban team environment
Document acceptance criteria for user stories with appropriate guidance
Work with Tech Leads and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams to define clear completion criteria for user stories
Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support successful project implementation
Support risk assessment activities and help apply findings to mitigate project risks
Participate in backlog grooming sessions to support roadmap planning and prioritization
Execute test scripts created during the design and implementation phases
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships or coursework in business analysis, product management, or Agile methodologies
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
Experience with data analysis is a plus
Interest in learning data analysis and business intelligence (BI) tools; prior experience is a bonus
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms is advantageous
Collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn and contribute, while also capable of working independently
Proven ability to deliver accurate, timely results in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with sound judgment
Experience in financial services or the mortgage industry is preferred
Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership
Experience with Zendesk is a plus
