X-Ray Supervisor, Radiology, Full Time, First Shift

The Diagnostic X-Ray Supervisor will conduct routine rounding with all direct reports and provide coaching, recognition and disciplinary action when required.

The Diagnostic X-Ray Supervisor will assist with the hiring process and completing the onboarding process for new team members.

The Diagnostic X-Ray Supervisor is responsible for maintaining appropriate departmental productivity levels in all areas that perform diagnostic x-rays.

The Diagnostic X-Ray Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the services we are providing are in accordance with all accrediting standards and that organizational policies and procedures are effectively implemented and followed.

The Diagnostic X-Ray Supervisor will ensure quality services are being provided by performing team member and patient rounding, and address concerns as they arise.

The Diagnostic X-Ray Supervisor will act as a liaison for diagnostic x-ray services with peers within the organization and at the direction of the Clinical Manager and/or Director.

The Diagnostic X-Ray Supervisor is responsible for additional tasks, projects, and duties at the discretion of the Clinical Manager and/or Director and will work closely with department leadership to address challenges as they arise.
