Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and leadership-driven Management Trainee to join our North Little Rock team. This role is designed to prepare you to manage all aspects of operations at a metal recycling facility. You'll gain hands-on experience in planning, staffing, logistics, safety, and equipment operations under the guidance of the Regional Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and support all operational functions of the facility

Supervise employees and schedule daily yard and road work

Oversee scale operations and daily material purchases

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support production

Monitor quality of incoming materials and ensure customer specifications are met

Maintain daily inventory and input move tickets into the SAI system

Complete month-end reports and sales forecasts

Operate equipment as part of training and support yard functions

Promote and uphold a strong safety culture

Perform other duties as assigned

Future relocation may be required within 8-12 months

Qualifications

Prior supervisory, management, or leadership experience (required)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment

Willingness to relocate for future opportunities

Experience in metals, shredders, or equipment operations is a plus
