Overview:
Home Center Outlet is seeking a full-time ECommerce Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will respond to inbound inquiries from online shoppers looking for both stocked and custom interior and exterior doors, windows, and bathroom vanities. This is a performance-driven sales role focused on closing warm leads, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping customers make confident purchasing decisions through our ecommerce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound leads through phone, email, chat, and web forms using RingCentral, Shopify, and Microsoft Office
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate stocked or custom products
Close sales and process orders accurately through our online systems
Use Monday.com to manage follow-ups and order pipelines
Provide product knowledge and basic construction guidance to help customers select the right fit
Communicate professionally and clearly with homeowners, contractors, and designers
Coordinate with the warehouse and support teams to ensure accurate fulfillment and provide customer support for existing orders
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in ecommerce or inside sales, preferably in home improvement or building materials
Proven closing ability and strong customer communication skills
Comfortable using technology platforms like Shopify, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office
Ability to quickly learn product specs and construction basics (e.g., measurements, handing, material types)
Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-up
Must be on-site Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling and closing leads over the phone
Background in construction, remodeling, or residential design
Familiarity with Shopify order management and custom product workflows
