The Role

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the veterinary clinic, ensuring excellent client experience, operational efficiency, team management, and adherence to company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Ensure compliance with company protocols, SOPs, and quality standards.

Manage clinic resources efficiently, including consumables, equipment, and maintenance needs.

Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of medicines, consumables, and other supplies.

Ensure a positive client experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Address client feedback, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.

Monitor front desk activities for appointment scheduling, billing, and client engagement.

Supervise clinic staff, including veterinarians, nurses, front desk executives, and support staff.

Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.

Coordinate with HR for staffing requirements, leaves, and employee engagement initiatives.

Monitor daily billing, revenue targets, and cash management.

Prepare periodic reports on clinic performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency.

Assist in budget planning and cost-control measures.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in the clinic.

Maintain accurate medical and administrative records as per regulatory guidelines.

Coordinate for statutory and internal audits as required.

Ideal Profile

Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Client-focused approach with empathy and professionalism

Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Veterinary background preferred but not mandatory).

3–5 years of experience in healthcare or veterinary clinic/hospital management.

Experience in customer service and team handling is essential.
