Mold Set Up Technician- 3rd shift

Description

Safely pull and set injection mold dies utilizing overhead crane and magnetic platens

Select and load programs in injection molding machine

Safely change and adjust mold robot components as needed

Safely complete molding material change within established scrap guidelines

Maintain injection mold tools by completing preventative maintenance in a timely manner

Set up and operate injection mold machine/mold die and all auxiliary equipment

Select and load programs and manipulate injection molding machine robot

Maintain proper materials at injection molding machines

Fill out required process paperwork daily

Keep area cleaned and organized

Ability to climb into injection molding machines

Ability to work in space restricted areas
