Compensation: $100,000- $200,000 potential annual earnings, $12,000 Base + Commission, Uncapped earning potential.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, occasional work on weekends as customers schedules require
Position Responsibilities:
Meeting with customers in their homes
Establish customer relationships to ensure the customer is provided with the best solution for them
Perform heat load calculations to ensure the system and ductwork are sized properly
Create sales proposals that capture the customer's needs, accurately address the equipment being replaced, and provide the customer with multiple options
Stay up to date on equipment technology, rebates, and tax credits
Develop self-generated leads through referrals by providing an excellent customer experience
Attend weekly sales meetings and 1:1 training sessions
Be proficient in forced air, boilers, ductless mini splits, and high-velocity systems
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of in-home sales experience
Comfortable working directly with consumers in their homes
Magnetic personality
Strong interpersonal & follow up skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Time management, organization, and presentation skills
Computer & technology skills
1 year of HVAC sales experience desired
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
