What You'll Do:

This role isn't one-size-fits-all. While we have key responsibilities, we're excited to shape the role around your strengths and interests.

Research industry trends and

topics for content relevance and

accuracy

Create content (creative +

copy) for social media, blogs, and newsletters

Contribute to multi-channel campaigns, from ideation to reporting

Assist with additional marketing tasks as needed or desired

Who You Are

Self-Driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently

A strong communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions or try new things

Curious about the full marketing mix, from social to content to strategy

Excited by the possibilities of using AI tools in your workflow

Passionate about learning and making meaningful contributions

Bonus Skills and Experiences (Not Required, But a Plus!)

Canva or other design platforms

Social media content creation (especially LinkedIn)

Design, copywriting, SEO, and research

Familiarity with Kalosys' industries and practice areas

Details

Hourly Pay: $10-$16/hour, based on experience and location

Hours: 10-15 hours/week, with flexibility and potential to increase

Remote: Must have a computer, reliable internet connection, and webcam
