Job Summary:
Responsible for the supervision of individuals in a community residence program serving individuals with mental health conditions and/or people experiencing mental health challenges.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safety of the individuals, cleanliness of the residence, as well as providing and documenting restorative services based on accurate and consistent treatment plans which are reviewed quarterly. The person in this position must attend all staff development training and conduct required bed checks based on residence needs or as needed.
Education & Experience
High school graduate. Experience in a residence dealing with individuals with mental illness is not required but preferred. Valid New York State driver's license is required.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stand or sit for long periods. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
