Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Director of Finance to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $175,000 to $190,000 per year.

Job Description:

Drive and manage financial initiatives, budgeting processes, and KPI tracking

Build, direct, and manage the finance and accounting teams to support the financial strategy for the business unit

Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results

Prepare timely and accurate analyses, summaries, and reports of financial data

Review revenue cycle metrics to proactively identify and address issues

Requirements:

Experience with high growth, fast-paced businesses

Superior analytical skills

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field and a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience
