Swing Shift Facilities Supervisor

Responsible for performing routine and custom maintenance jobs such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry. • Excellent internal/external guest service; • Assist Facility Manager by ensuring the efficient and proper operations of the facility maintenance department and employees during assigned shift; • Schedule and delegate assignments to maintenance employees; • Respond to emergency situations; i.e., fire, power outage, gas leak, water leak or any other emergency situation or repair; • Other reasonable duties as assigned.
