Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical BIM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the BIM efforts for electrical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality electrical models and effective data management throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and coordination of electrical BIM models using Revit and Navisworks.

Ensure models comply with NEC standards and project specifications.

Perform clash detection and resolve issues in collaboration with other disciplines.

Coordinate with architects and engineers to integrate electrical designs into overall project models.

Manage data and documentation related to electrical systems and designs.

Utilize Bluebeam for project collaboration and documentation management.

Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical BIM modeling and coordination.

Proficient in Revit and Navisworks

Strong knowledge of NEC standards and construction practices.

Experience with clash detection and model coordination.

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
