Until FilledTo assist the Director of Athletics to plan, organize and direct the interscholastic athletic program.

This position is a stipend/coach position. Hours are after school, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications: Experience in Head Coaching or Assistant Coaching at various levels

Job Responsibilities:

a. Assist with Staffing of events for sports

b. Assist the Athletic Director to help plan, direct and supervise middle school programs per athletic season

c. Assist the Athletic Director with reconditioning, ordering, and assessing inventory for athletic programs during each sport season

d. Lead Whitehall's Student Athlete Character Council program

e. Assist with supporting AthLife Athletic Academic Coaches

f. Assist with Administrative Guidance - Coach / Parent Handbooks, Facility usage, Social Media / Marketing ideas.

g. Assist Athletic Director with organizing and conducting Athletic Ceremonies and Assemblies

h. Confirm athletic events, transportation, staffing and official assignments on a weekly basis

i. Attend sporting events and athletic activities as scheduled with Athletic Director

j. Attend Digital Scoreboard training and have the ability to troubleshoot any scoreboard needs.

k. To promote, provide leadership, and perform other duties assigned by the Director of Athletics.
