The Inventory Control Manager 2< or strong>will lead the food production and inventory management at < or span>Holloman Air Force Base in Alamogordo, New Mexico, 90 miles north of El Paso, TX < or span>and 60 miles NE of Las Cruces, NM.

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of an Air Force Dining Facility serving Airmen, their families, retirees, government, and contractor employees.

< or span>< or p>The < or span>Inventory Control Manager 2< or span>< or strong>will report to the general manager < or span>and will function as the lead manager in the kitchen and will oversee the inventory management process to include ordering, storing, bimonthly inventory counts, and training military storeroom staff.

< or span>Inventory management and procurement of food and supplies at the account or unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company < or span>are a top focus for this position< or span>.< or span>< or p>< or div>< or div>< or div>What You'll Do< or h2>Accurately and efficiently manage the storeroom operations and inventory management to include forecasting, and ordering required to meet all productions needs in the dining facility.< or span>< or li>Utilizes Sodexo & military resources, recipes, systems and programs to direct daily operations including; food production, inventory, product deliveries, invoices, and procurement operations.< or span>< or li>Ensures employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources to perform their job, and meet goals, cost controls and deadlines as assigned.< or span>< or li>Establishes and maintains a safe work environment including both food and physical safety in order to comply with all regulatory and Sodexo standards< or span>< or li>Complies with budget requirements by controlling food costs and making adjustments when necessary< or span>< or li>Supervises employees by delegating, assigning and prioritizing activities, and monitoring operating standards < or span>< or li>Ensure Sodexo Standards and Air Force Standards are met< or li>< or ul>< or div>< or div>< or div>What We Offer< or h2>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
