About the Church:

Riverview Alliance Church is a spiritually mature and stable congregation with a weekly

attendance of around 100. We are looking to the future, seeking the Lord's will in fulfilling

Christ's mandate to make disciples. We place a strong emphasis on the Word of God, prayer,

and fostering connections within the church - all of which is rooted in the shadow of Christ's

love for us and a reliance on the Holy Spirit. We are scandal free, infighting free, and debt free!

We love the Lord and are prayerfully awaiting our next shepherd who will love his Lord, his

family and us... in that order. We are not perfect but we love well and are looking forward to

what God has for us in this next season.

About the Area:

Oconto Falls has a small-town feel. The area is known and desired by outdoor sports

enthusiasts (hunting and fishing). However, we have full access to all of the amenities of a big

city. We are located about 30 minutes NW of downtown Green Bay - which includes

professional sports, fine dining, full shopping, excellent medical care, and the arts.

About the Position:

We are praying for a pastor who is spiritually mature with a genuine passion for preaching the

word accurately and relevantly. We are seeking a pastor whose caring nature is seen in his love

for the Lord and the ongoing pastoral care of the congregation. Finally, to help fulfill Christ's

mandate to make disciples, we are looking for a pastor who can work closely with our elders to

identify relevant ministries and train servant leaders. We don't expect him to do all the work

but to equip, direct, and work alongside of us.

Church Size: 100 Avg. Sunday Attendance

Ideal Start Date: Summer/ Fall 2025
