Salary: $160,000 - $220,000

A well-established, client-focused law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join our litigation team in Los Angeles or Orange County. We specialize in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, product liability, toxic tort, and personal injury defense. Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial through trial and appeals

Handle complex civil litigation cases, including product liability, toxic tort, and commercial disputes

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and manage discovery

Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients

Attend depositions, mediations, and assist in trial preparations

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school

Admitted to practice law in California

5-10+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in toxic tort, product liability, or personal injury defense

Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills

Experience in both state and federal courts is preferred

Ability to work independently and manage multiple case deadlines
