TR/HOUSEMAN - BANQUETS (ON-CALL)

JOB SUMMARY: Sets up, clears, breaks down, and resets tables, chairs, and bars.

Keeps guest and work areas clean and presentable.

Assists wait staff as needed or requested.

Job Requirements EDUCATION: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of one (1) year experience working with the public utilizing guest relation skills.

* Previous experience in banquet services preferred.

* Previous experience in the set up and tear down of banqueting or other formal food and beverage service preferred.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * Must be 18 years of age or older.

* Must possess a Food Handler's permit, or obtain one within 60 days of hire.

* Must be have a Class 12 liquor permit, or able to obtain within 60 days from date of hire.

* Team members may be subject to fit for duty testing.

* Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days, swing, grave, weekends, and /or holidays.

* Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit.

* Must have successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
