Job Description

Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and DMAIC.

Map processes and analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies.

Develop and implement standard work practices.

Manage and track CI projects, timelines, and deliverables.

Collect, analyze, and report performance data (KPIs, dashboards).

Facilitate workshops and Kaizen events to engage cross-functional teams.

Coach and train employees to build a culture of continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience in manufacturing or operations with a focus on process improvement.

Strong knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping) and Six Sigma methodologies.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI preferred).

Solid project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Ability to coach, train, and engage teams in a continuous improvement culture.
