Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The On-Site Supervisor will possess an advanced level of knowledge, skill, and ability on general aircraft system maintenance repair and modification and oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks such as modification, testing, removal, repair, and installation of aircraft parts and components.
Qualifications
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in aircraft maintenance.
Minimum of one (1) years' experience directly supervising or leading personnel in a Government Contractor, Military, or Civil Service maintenance capacity.
Solid, demonstrated ability to work well with others, especially within small, close workforce, good interpersonal communication skills are highly desired.
Must be a U.S. Citizen, be able to acquire and maintain any and all necessary security clearances and be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for the timely completion of tasks assigned to personnel IAW appropriate planning, scheduling, and technical documents.
Ensure that there is supervision/work lead supports in each work area for daily work assignments and that employees are available for work daily.
Handle emergency time-off requests/absences and manage manpower requirements in all work areas.
Prepares required reports, as instructed.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform other related duties, as required.
