As a Principal Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive business success.

With a focus on the insurance domain you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce technologies to create innovative solutions.

Location: Remote Role & Responsibilities: * Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions tailored to the insurance industry ensuring alignment with business objectives.

* Oversee the integration of Salesforce with existing systems to enhance data flow and operational efficiency.

* Provide expert guidance on Salesforce customization and development focusing on SFDC Sharing and Visibility Financial Service Cloud and SFDC Data.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Salesforce solutions.

* Ensure the effective use of SFDC Service Cloud and Sales Cloud to optimize customer interactions and sales processes.

* Drive the adoption of SFDC Lightning and Omnistudio to enhance user experience and streamline workflows.

* Manage SFDC Integration and Configuration to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality across platforms.

* Develop and implement strategies for SFDC Development & Customization to meet specific business needs.

* Utilize Insurance Cloud expertise to support life new business and agency management processes.

* Facilitate the deployment of solutions that support life and annuities insurance operations.

* Monitor and evaluate the performance of Salesforce solutions making recommendations for improvements as needed.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model to ensure successful project delivery.

* Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies to continuously improve solution offerings.

Required Skills: * 15+ years of relevant work experience * Possess a deep understanding of SFDC Sharing and Visibility Financial Service Cloud and SFDC Data.

* Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Service Cloud Sales Cloud and SFDC Devlopment & Customization.

* Have experience with Insurance Cloud, Omnistudio and SFDC Lightning.

* Exhibit strong knowledge of SFDC Integration and Configuration.

* Bring domain expertise in Life New Business Life Agency Management and Life and Annuities Insurance.

* Showcase the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

* Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The annual salary for this position is between $119,700 - $190,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
