ABA State Director
Location: Illinois (must hold active BCBA license in state)
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 base + performance bonuses

Our client is seeking a highly motivated ABA State Director (BCBA) to launch and lead a new ABA practice in Illinois. Key Responsibilities
Establish, grow, and oversee a new ABA practice in Illinois.
Conduct assessments and design individualized ABA therapy plans for children with autism and developmental disorders.
Lead, supervise, and mentor RBTs and ABA staff, fostering a high-performing culture.
Collect and analyze data to measure treatment effectiveness and continuously improve care delivery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, integrated care plans.
Take ownership of business development and operational oversight, ensuring the practice's long-term success.
Qualifications
Active BCBA license in good standing in Illinois.
2-3+ years of direct ABA therapy experience.
Strong leadership and supervisory experience with RBTs/ABA staff.
Data-driven approach with proven success in analyzing and improving treatment outcomes.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to launch and manage a new practice as if it were your own.
