Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in chatbot development and conversational AI platforms
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages
Hands-on experience with NLP libraries like spaCy, NLTK, or transformers (Hugging Face)
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Experience with RESTful APIs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
Certifications in AI/ML or chatbot development
Experience in multilingual chatbot development is a plus
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design and develop AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants using platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, or IBM Watson
Implement NLP techniques to improve chatbot understanding and response accuracy
Integrate chatbots with enterprise systems and messaging platforms
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to create seamless conversational experiences
Continuously monitor and improve chatbot performance using analytics and user feedback
Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of conversational solutions
Stay updated with the latest trends in conversational AI and recommend innovative solutions
