Skills:

Experience with machine operation (Rubber Extruder, Roll Grinder, Lathe Operator, etc.) is strongly desired but not required as on-the-job training will be provided.

Successful management and leadership qualities.

Engineering skills and the ability to problem-solve.

Experience with SolidWorks, CadKey, CNC programming, and Lathe operation is a plus.

A desire to continue learning.

Knowledge:

Understanding of machine mechanics and machining processes.

Familiarity with engineering principles and practices.

Knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks and CadKey.

CNC programming knowledge.

Ability to Implement:

Operate and maintain various machines.

Lead and manage teams effectively.

Solve engineering problems and implement solutions.

Utilize CAD software for design and programming tasks.
