Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tax Manager to oversee our tax planning and compliance processes for high net worth individuals, partnerships, and non-profit organizations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing strategic tax guidance tailored to our clients' unique financial situations, particularly in real estate and estate planning.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all tax compliance and reporting for high net worth individuals, partnerships, and non-profit organizations.

Develop and implement tax strategies that minimize tax liabilities and align with clients' financial goals.

Review and prepare federal and state tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.

Advise clients on tax implications related to real estate transactions, estate planning, and trusts.

Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations relevant to our clientele.

Provide training and mentorship to junior tax staff and foster a collaborative team environment.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or tax advisory roles, with a focus on high net worth individuals and partnerships.

Proven expertise in tax compliance and planning for real estate, estates, trusts, and non-profit organizations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
