The theatre is open 365 days a year with holidays being some of our busiest times. While we work with everyone to make sure they have time with their families, we also must make sure the theatre is staffed.

JOB OVERVIEW

As a committed, proactive Hourly Assistant Manager, you will work with other members of management to hire and train staff and ensure that patrons receive excellent service. The role of an Hourly Assistant Manager is to help supervise and coordinate the team. They must ensure the guest receives a warm welcome and that service and equipment runs smoothly.

You may also be responsible for managing inventory and resources pertaining to all amenities within the building, helping the marketing team with promotional events, ensure that quality and safety controls are followed, maintain current licenses, create schedules, and work with the operations team to set business objectives to increase profits and maximize customer satisfaction. You should also be able to work with and mentor diverse personalities and diffuse tense situations.

Delegation of responsibilities is a must, and will help cultivate the next class of managers, but you should become competent in all tasks and processes though out the location. This is a part time hourly position; work hours will vary but will be under 30 hours weekly and is not benefit eligible.

This job requires you to work during the evening, on weekends, and occasionally on holidays.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire.

If 21 years or older at any bar location, R-Serving is required and must be willing and able to pour at least basic drinks.

If there is a religious reason as to why alcohol cannot be served, an official religious exemption in writing needs to be provided.

If at kitchen location, ServSafe or Food Handlers certification is required, and must be willing to work in kitchen area as needed.

Must be able to run errands and provide current driver license and vehicle insurance.

Must have the availability to open and/or close regularly.
