Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive manufacturing and a passion for continuous improvement. This role focuses on enhancing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and implementing lean manufacturing principles throughout the production cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design and improve manufacturing processes and systems for automotive components.

Utilize lean manufacturing techniques to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine manufacturing plans.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.

Perform data analysis using SPC tools to monitor process performance and quality.

Lead PFMEA (Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) efforts to identify potential risks in manufacturing processes.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.

Familiarity with bus, chassis, and bodyshop manufacturing processes is a plus.

Experience with ISO 9001 and quality management systems is essential.

Proficient in using statistical process control (SPC) tools and techniques.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
