What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components
Perform system installations, replacements, and upgrades
Provide routine maintenance services for heating and cooling systems
Build accurate, on-the-spot repair estimates for customers
Educate customers about system maintenance and necessary repairs
Ensure all work meets local and national HVAC codes
Work closely with junior technicians to provide guidance and support
Communicate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
EPA certification (or willing to obtain immediately)
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis
Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor environments
Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
