What Our GMs Do
General Managers at Salt & Straw are hands-on operators and team builders who live our values in action. You'll:
Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory, and facilities, making every detail count
Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Shift Coordinators and Scoopers, sharing human kindness and building strong foundations

Deliver hospitality rooted in curiosity and care, transforming everyday moments into moments of wonder for guests and teammates
Use data and insights to drive results in sales, labor, and guest experience, asking good questions and acting with thoughtful curiosity

Strengthen community relationships and represent Salt & Straw as a thoughtful, generous presence in your neighborhood

Qualifications
This Role Might Be Right If You:
Have 3+ years of food service, hospitality, or retail experience
Have managed teams of 10+ in a fast-paced environment
Know how to train, develop, and support people with care and clarity
Love building team culture and delivering excellent guest experiences
Are ready to own both the people and operational sides of a shop
Are 18+ and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
