QA Automation Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Strong knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., BDD, Selenium, JUnit), programming languages (e.g., Java, Python), and CI/CD pipelines. * Strong experience in implementing test management and automation tool (Jira, ServiceNow) for E2E management platform * Strong Experience utilizing GenAI/LLMs for test development. * Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team, as well as communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Working with cross-functional teams (development, product, etc.) to define testing requirements and ensure product quality. * Integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and collaborating with developers to ensure testability. * Design and implement automated tests for functional, regression, performance, and load testing.

Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
