Responsible for the coordination, tracking and support of all training activities including, but not limited to yearly safety, food safety training, job specific training, and new employee training. The incumbent is a go-to person for all hands-on training.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all required specific hands-on training.
Track/document all training
Conduct safety related training when required.
New employee orientation on the factory floor.
Participate in any other committees as required (i.e., food safety, JHSC etc.).
Develop, review, and revise health and safety policies and procedures.
File safety and training related documentation
Hands on development of our employees
Working with SME's on developing and training employees.
Qualifications
Post-Secondary Education
1-3 Years Training and Safety Experience
1-3 Manufacturing Experience
