bout the Role:

Tivoli'sWorld Staffing is seeking skilled and safety-conscious Welders to support our clients' operations across various construction, manufacturing, and industrial job sites. The ideal candidate has hands-on welding experience, a solid understanding of blueprints, and a commitment to producing high-quality, structurally sound welds.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel

Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings

Set up welding equipment and ensure proper settings for job requirements

Inspect completed welds to ensure structural soundness and compliance with client specifications

Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Collaborate with supervisors and other tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a welder in construction, fabrication, or industrial environments

Proficiency in at least one major welding technique (MIG, TIG, Stick)

Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods

Welding certification(s) preferred (e.g., AWS, NCCER)

Reliable transportation and punctuality required
