Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Fleet Salesperson to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with commercial clients, government agencies, and large-scale vehicle purchasers.
Key responsibilities
Identify, contact, and develop new fleet accounts and commercial clients
Maintain and present vehicle proposals tailored to fleet clients' needs
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with business customers
Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Stay current on manufacturer incentives, fleet programs, and vehicle specs
Track orders and communicate updates with clients regularly
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications
Experience in fleet, commercial, or B2B automotive fleet sales required
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
