Highlights/Benefits

Full-time salaried position on an Inpatient Rehab team

Treat primarily Stroke, and brain Injury patients

6-7 patients per day with 1 hour for documentation daily

All patient care is 1:1 - never double-booked or dovetailing

Mentorship and training from a strong team of Therapists

Relocation assistance available

$15,000 sign-on bonus + Paid relocation assistance

Paid Time Off (PTO) = 5 weeks

$2,500 CEU credit/year + Free Medbridge subscription

$250/mo paid towards student loans

About the Position:

Our ideal SLP will possess the heart of a servant leader and a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Masters in SLP from an accredited program

CCC's required

Dysphagia, Asphasia, FEES, MBSS, and Bedside Swallow experience a plus

Acute Care or Inpatient Rehab experience preferred

Servant-leader mindset

Excellent communication skills across all levels

Must be detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture

Collaborative, team-building personality style
