In this role as a Shift Supervisor, for a client that is in the Plastics products industry This position will be responsible for supervising 8 employees (operators, material handlers etc), ensure compliance with safety policies and hitting production targets

This position is a permanent role that is a long-term need for my client.

Job Requirements

Two (2) or more years of experience in automatic and manual presses

Experience in plastics or molding

Management or supervisory experience in an industrial setting
