What You'll Do

Executive Relationship Management & Partnership Development

Build and extend C-suite relationships with attorneys, partners and managing partners at personal injury law firms

Serve as trusted professional advisor to legal executives on medical care coordination

Strengthen AICA's recognition as professional leader through relationship excellence

Manage key professional partnerships and strategic relationships with law firms

Professional Development & Education

Design and deliver executive education programs for legal professionals

Position AICA leadership as industry thought leaders through strategic content development

Represent AICA at major legal industry events and conferences

Conduct professional presentations and educational seminars

Service Excellence & Strategic Planning

Develop service delivery strategies that establish professional excellence standards

Provide strategic professional insights to executive leadership

Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize service delivery

Drive partnership excellence and relationship expansion

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

5-10 years senior-level professional relationship management or partnership development experience

Proven track record building C-suite professional relationships and managing strategic partnerships

Experience in healthcare, legal services, professional services, or relationship-intensive industries

Outstanding executive presence and communication skills

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Professional relationship management and partnership development experience preferred

Preferred:

Legal industry relationship management or partnership experience

Healthcare knowledge and understanding of medical services

Established professional network in Atlanta's legal community

Advanced CRM experience (Salesforce)

Personal injury, workers compensation, or medical-legal industry experience
