Koniag Professional Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Task Lead with a TS/SCI clearance to support KPS and our government customer at Ft. Meade, MD. This position will be required to report onsite at the Ft. Meade, MD location 5 days a week. Some CONUS travel in support of the Government Customer may be required.

Koniag Professional Services is seeking an experienced Senior Task Lead for the Defense Information System

Agency's J6 Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Enterprise Directorate (DISA J6 C4E). This role demands proven excellence in program management, technical leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Provides technical leadership and direction over a portfolio of technical programs and projects.

Plans, initiates, and manages complex information technology (IT) programs and projects

Lead and guide the work of technical staff across multiple programs and projects.

Direct all aspects of program execution, including managing schedules, cost estimates, recommendations, resource allocation, stakeholder communication, and knowledge sharing.

Leads the development and implementation of program governance, enterprise-level portfolio management, and strategic planning across multiple program areas

Develops mission, vision, goals and objectives for multiple technical program areas

Formulates actionable business strategies

Conducts requirements analysis, cost assessments, and analysis of alternatives.

Makes recommendations to aid Senior leader decision-making, to include proposed strategies and/or roadmaps; identified risks, capability and performance gaps, and dependencies; alignment with the strategic framework and priorities; and funding and related program issues

Assist government clients with programmatic goals and objectives, schedules, and reports

Communicate technical topics in a non-technical manner to senior-level audiences

Manages program resources, budget, staffing, and performance metrics to optimize efficiency and productivity across multiple programs

Develops and implements quality control procedures to ensure all services meet or exceed performance standards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, subject matter experts, and operational personnel, to facilitate seamless project execution and address any challenges or issues that may arise

Develops and delivers regular performance reports, financial analyses, and technical briefings

Develops and executes strategic roadmaps for technology modernization

Identifies opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements

Requirements:

15+ years of related experience

Extensive experience with program governance, enterprise-level portfolio management, and strategic planning for DoD IT-related programs

Demonstrated supervisory and/or management experience

Proven track record of successful program delivery in federal environments

Extensive knowledge of federal IT security requirements and extensive strategic planning experience

Extensive experience developing mission, vision, goals and objectives, and formulating actionable business strategies

Experience conducting requirements analysis, cost assessments, and analysis of alternatives.

Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.

Experience developing program metrics and key performance indicators

Experience contract management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation strategies.

Extensive knowledge of and experience with quality assurance and quality control processes for project delivery and contract compliance.

Experience working with classified systems and environments

Extensive knowledge of federal IT security requirements and extensive strategic planning experience

Extensive experience developing mission, vision, goals and objectives, and formulating actionable business strategies

Experience conducting requirements analysis, cost assessments, and analysis of alternatives.

Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.

Experience developing program metrics and key performance indicators

Experience contract management, risk mitigation, and resource allocation strategies.

Extensive knowledge of and experience with quality assurance and quality control processes for project delivery and contract compliance.

Experience working with classified systems and environments

Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

Proven stakeholder management and effective communication strategies with clients and senior management.

Ability to take a conceptual discussion and build a presentation to convey the message to senior leaders.

Strong technical writing and documentation skills

Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint skills; proficient MS Teams, Excel and Outlook application skills

Current/Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required

Education:

Master's Degree in an Information Technology or Business-related field

Security Pre-Requisite:

To be considered, must have a CURRENT/ACTIVE TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI access.
