Finance Intern

Reconcile cash records picked up from cashier / Access.

Make modifications to the cash receipts process as necessary.

Investigate and determine if cash receipts are donations, medical payments, or Other. Liaise with Development, Billing, management to determine source of revenue.

Reconcile daily cash receipts to bank and make corrections as needed.

Prepare monthly cash receipts for deposit and notify Development if applicable or enter in Blackbaud FE JE

Provide timely cash receipt reports.

Purchasing

Provides purchasing functions which includes collecting purchase requisitions, obtaining authorizations, and determining appropriate department to charged.

In a cost-efficient manner, place approved orders, timely.

Unpack supplies, inventory and/or disburse supplies daily.

Maintain and monitor usage of office supplies in inventory.
