General Statement of Duties
To provide instructional leadership to support the educational mission of CodeRVA Regional High School and to function as a member of the school's executive leadership team.
Essential Duties
• Provide leadership in the absence of the Executive Director
• Provide leadership in curriculum implementation, selection of instructional resources, and coordination of all academic subject area professional development
• Complete walkthroughs for instructional staff
• Assist Executive Director in coordination of Teacher Workweek
• Coordinate Recertification and Licensure process for staff
• Coordinate New Staff Induction
• Coordinate Summer Session Schedule (with Associate Principal)
• Coordinate Driver's Education program for students
• Coordinate Parent-Teacher Conference Day schedules
• Coordinate First Week of School procedures for teachers and students
• Coordinate all student Field Trips
• Maintain Faculty Handbook
• Assist in the maintenance of all aspects of the Learning Management System (with Computer Science and Technology Specialist)
• Coordinate weekly data updates and content for Raptor Rotation program
• Provide support for all Yearbook-related activities (school pictures, etc.)
• Provide support for student-related Clinic programs (CPR skills testing; activity waivers, etc.)
• Provide support for National Honor Society (NHS) and Computer Science Honor Society (CSHS) sponsors and processes
• Supervise students in non-instructional time as needed during the school day
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years teaching or leadership experience in a public or private school setting
Postgraduate Professional Certificate preferred
Endorsement in Administration and Supervision preferred
The ability to speak Spanish preferred

*Minimum annualized salary - $ 70,123.33 (The salary for this position will be prorated based upon the official start date).
