Coordinator

The EMOC Coordinator staffs the 24/7/365 EMOC Command Center and is responsible for continuous monitoring of campus wide BAS/EMS networks, of the HVAC systems, and devices.

Also provides coordination and support of any campus HAVC System or infrastructure event emergency involving Facilities Management.

Duties and responsibilities are as assigned by FM Management.

Position reports to EMOC Building Automation / Energy Management Systems Manager.

Position is part of a Collective Bargaining Agreement with IUOE Local 95.
