We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Maintenance Staff at St. Anthony's Gardens Senior Living Community. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

What You Bring to the Table:

Essential Qualifications:

Perform routine maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry).

Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Conduct regular facility inspections.

Ensure health and safety compliance.

Collaborate with team members for repairs.

Manage and order supplies.

Keep detailed maintenance records.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

High school diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years building maintenance experience.

Prior work experience in a healthcare facility (nursing home or hospital) is preferred.

Basic understanding of general repair, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Ability to repair minor mechanical equipment.

Knowledge of safety requirements and regulations.

Excellent communication skills.

Other Qualifications

Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.

Must be able to bend, stretch and reach for extended periods of time.
