This pivotal role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier Vice President (VP) level talent across a diverse range of business units throughout the Americas region.
The Senior Director will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to Capgemini's senior leadership, ensuring the identification and acquisition of the executive talent that will drive the organization's continued growth and innovation.
Your role: * Executive Search Strategy & Execution * Design, lead, and execute innovative executive search strategies to source, assess, and acquire VP-level candidates for multiple business lines, including but not limited to Consulting, Technology, Digital Services, Engineering, Outsourcing, and Corporate Functions within the Americas.
* Drive proactive talent mapping and market intelligence to create and maintain talent pipelines aligned with future leadership needs.
* Leverage a variety of sourcing methods including direct approach, social networks, industry events, and partnerships with external search firms where appropriate.
Your skills and experience: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
* 10+ years' progressive experience in executive search, corporate talent acquisition, or relevant leadership advisory roles, with substantial track record of VP or C-suite placement in complex, matrixed, and multinational environments.
* Extensive experience recruiting for technology, consulting, or digital transformation organizations is highly desirable.
* Expertise in the Americas market (North America and Latin America), with robust understanding of market dynamics, talent pools, and cultural nuances.
* Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with executive and C-suite leaders, building credibility and trust at the highest levels.
* Exceptional assessment, interviewing, and negotiation skills, with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in executive hiring.
* Superior written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required, Spanish and/or Portuguese a strong asset.
* Ability to manage multiple, high-priority, confidential projects with agility and precision.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize market data and provide actionable insights.
* Proactive, relationship-oriented, and outcomes-driven, with a passion for driving organizational success through talent.
