ABOUT THIS ROLE:

Ready to get out there, meet new faces, and make a real impact? As a Community Brand Ambassador, you'll be the heartbeat of our local outreach-sharing what makes Rodeo Dental so special. You'll help neighbors discover high-end dental care in a fun, approachable way. From community events to neighborhood canvassing, you'll be the spark that inspires families to join the Rodeo Dental family.

WHO YOU REPORT TO:

Our DeNovo Marketing Manager (your #1 cheerleader and coach!)

WHEN YOU WORK:

We'll need you to be flexible-sometimes that means evenings or weekends when the community is buzzing.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE DOING:

• Kick off each day checking in with your team (in person or over the phone)

• Bring our brand to life at festivals, schools, retail shops, and local events

• Set up colorful displays and chat with everyone you meet about Rodeo Dental

• Host mini-presentations about good oral health and our "one office for high-end dental

care"

• Approach potential patients with enthusiasm and a big smile

• Reach weekly goals for new patient leads and brand awareness

• Travel across the metro area to spread the word

• Help transport and set up event materials (don't worry-they're not too heavy!)

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT:

• You LOVE people and making connections

• You're outgoing, friendly, and ready to strike up a conversation anywhere

• You can work independently but also thrive in a team

• You're comfortable being outdoors and on your feet

• You're motivated, positive, and excited to help us grow

• You speak English and Spanish (huge plus!)

• Weekend availability when needed

• Bonus points if you have experience in sales, customer service, teaching, or grassroots

outreach-but it's not required

PHYSICAL STUFF TO KNOW:

• You'll be standing or walking a lot

• You'll occasionally lift up to 40 lbs

• You'll need reliable transportation around the metro area

Salary Range: $28-$28 per hour
