Position Overview

The Design Lead - Architecture Design will be responsible for leading architectural design projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality, innovation, and adherence to client requirements. This role requires a strong ability to manage design teams, develop creative solutions, and maintain project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design process for various projects, ensuring innovative and functional design solutions.

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into effective design concepts.

Manage and mentor a team of designers and architects, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that designs are completed on schedule and within budget.

Conduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisions and project feasibility.

Prepare presentation materials and articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders effectively.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural design and technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, and AutoCAD software.

LEED AP certification is preferred; knowledge of LEED standards.

Experience in Urban Design and familiarity with CID and NCIDQ certifications is a plus.

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions and successful project completions.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
