CGP: Payroll Administrator/Accounts Payable

We are searching for a Payroll Administrator/Accounts Payable to join out client in the entertainment industry. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $60,000 to $80,000 per year.

Job Description:

Complete payroll for 225-230 employees

Utilize Paylocity software

CA/NY/GA - Multistate

25-50 invoices per week

Weekly check runs; 15-25 per week

Handle vendor set up and communication

Amex Cards

Month End Close

75% payroll 25% AP

Requirements:

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Able to communicate with professionals at all levels

Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
