Operational Success Manager The Collier Companies

This is an on-site role, reporting from any of The Collier Companies' communities all over Florida,

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multifamily Professional to join our team as an Operations Specialist. This unique role involves traveling to communities each facing individuals challenges, assessing their needs, and implementing effective strategies to create success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multifamily property management as a leasing specialist or assistant community manager, with expertise across a range of asset types including student housing, luxury apartments, lease-ups, and/or conventional properties.

Qualifications

Your Skills - Show Us What You Got:

Community Assessment:Conduct thorough evaluations of challenges facing the assigned property to identify key issues and areas for improvement.

Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive action plans to address community challenges and enhance property performance.

Operational Leasing:O Meet all metrics of leasing at a community to return it to a company standard of successful operation during the assigned period for that community.

Resident Relations:Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns and enhancing overall satisfaction.

Travel:Travel extensively to various properties, spending significant time on-site to ensure successful implementation of improvement plans.

Qualifications:

Experience:Minimum of 3 years in multifamily property management, with a strong background in leasingdiverse asset types.

Skills:Exceptionalcommunicationand problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.

Education:Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Certifications:Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CPM, CAM) are a plus.

Travel:Willingness and ability to travel extensively and stay on-site for extended periods.
