Overall Responsibilities of the Activities Programs Lead:
• Assists Activities Supervisor with Activities programs as assigned. This may include planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating the programs, as well as training staff. Program areas and general responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Weekly Resort Activities, including Bingo, Trivia, tournaments and family activities
o Youth Programs
o Archery Program
o Scheduling staff in assigned Programs
o Set-up and prepare reserved facilities as required, and ensure necessary coordination is done with Events Techs and other departments
o Assist Activities Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, Event Techs, and Activities Associates as needed in handling:
§ Rodeo preparation, especially in ticket sales and concession coordination
§ Special events and programs
• Assists the Activities Supervisor as directed which may include, but is not limited to:
o Ensure the safety of all employees and program participants
o Train employees
o Perform general office duties including purchase orders, responding to inquiries
o Performs other duties as assigned
• Meets or exceeds Member service expectations; projects positive, professional communication and demeanor, and stays calm in difficult situations.
• Complies with the Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, By-Laws, Policies and state/federal laws.

Requirements
Minimum of high school education or equivalent. Motivated self-starter. Ability to lift 30 lbs. Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, twist, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed. Hold a valid state driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record. Must have a strong basic working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. Point of sale system knowledge helpful.
