* Mechanically inclined * Ability to self-motivate and work independently under little supervision * Responsible and diligent * Safety-conscious * Personal computer experience or willingness to learn * Previous oilfield experience * No supervisory responsibilities * High school diploma or equivalent required * Safety-sensitive position subject to random drug and alcohol screening * Read, understand and follow safety manuals * Has basic knowledge of pumps (centrifugal and piston) * Can work as a group and by their self * Can do physical work * Can work at heights * Understands mechanics * Can work with a variety of tools * Understands lifting and rigging * Understands how to work around mobile equipment * Can operate man lift and forklift.
