Longwood Gardens is seeking seasonal Guest Admissions Representatives to assist in renting scooters and strollers, as well as scan tickets and Membership cards at our access point. The work schedule varies and requires working a minimum of four shifts per week including weekends, nights, and some holidays during the seasonal employment period, which runs through January 11, 2026. Gardens' hours vary in the autumn months but are 10:00am to 11:00pm daily from November 21. through January 11.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Exceptional customer service, communication, and hospitality skills
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Basic computer skills
The ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions, including varying temperatures, weather, and physical environments
The ability to work standing or sitting for long periods of time
