EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Business Administration is required. A minimum of 5 years healthcare experience denoting a broad base of knowledge and skill preferred.

The ability to plan, organize, implement, control, direct staff, coordinate, and communicate on a general administrative level in terms of general Authority administration.

An understanding of general Authority operations and the ability to work independently in resolving strategic and tactical problems yet, within the purview of defined areas of responsibility.

The ability to lead and manage while maintaining a high standard of performance that can serve as a standard and example for department managers and personnel within the specified division, and within the given purview of responsibility.

Must be able to assess, distinguish, report and act upon the physical, social, developmental, and environmental needs of all patients admitted to the Tombigbee Healthcare Authority; and the knowledge to provide age specific healthcare to adults, neonates, infants, adolescents and geriatric patients; where appropriate or necessary.
