The RSU 24 After School Program seeks individuals to work part-time as assistants, providing direct services to students and assisting in activity planning at our After School Programs at Cave Hill, Peninsula and Ella Lewis Schools. Applicants should have experience working with children in a school setting. After School Assistants are expected to help the Site Leader with snack and sign-in, supervise recess time, oversee and assist with homework lab and academic centers, implement enrichment activities, and help with sign-out and clean up. Work hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3-5 pm. Program runs through May. Maine Dept of Education Criminal History Records Check required upon hire.
